I Was not keen on looking through this book. I assumed with the reviews of good friends that it was really obvious stuff. On the other hand, I listened towards the audio version. I kind of laughed initially and assumed, "duh". I promised to hear The entire book on CD, Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
